HRSI is looking for Accounts Officers for one of its leading client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Record Keeping
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
    • Record daily transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments)
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable
    • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
    • Monitor incoming payments and follow up on outstanding receivables
  • Bank Reconciliation
    • Perform regular bank reconciliations
    • Identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Financial Reporting
    • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
    • Support budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Compliance & Documentation
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
    • Maintain proper documentation for audits and tax purposes
  • Payroll Support
    • Assist in payroll processing (if required)
    • Maintain employee financial records
  • Expense Monitoring
    • Track and control company expenses
    • Ensure proper approvals and documentation

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 1–5 years of relevant accounting experience
