HRSI is looking for Accounts Officers for one of its leading client.
Key Responsibilities

Financial Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Record daily transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments)

Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Monitor incoming payments and follow up on outstanding receivables

Bank Reconciliation
- Perform regular bank reconciliations
- Identify and resolve discrepancies

Financial Reporting
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities

Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and tax purposes

Payroll Support
- Assist in payroll processing (if required)
- Maintain employee financial records

Expense Monitoring
- Track and control company expenses
- Ensure proper approvals and documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1–5 years of relevant accounting experience
