Director of Nursing

HRSI is looking for Director of Nursing for one of their leading client.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage nursing operations and staff

• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations

• Oversee staffing, performance management, and staff development

• Monitor quality outcomes, patient safety, and infection control

• Manage nursing budgets and resources

• Collaborate with physicians and leadership teams

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred

• Active RN license

• 5+ years nursing experience, including leadership roles

• Strong leadership, communication, and regulatory knowledge
