Head of Supply Chain

HRSI is seeking for our client a strategic, results-driven Head of Supply Chain to lead and transform our end-to-end supply chain operations in a fast-paced FMCG/bottling environment. This is a senior leadership role with P&L ownership, responsible for driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, service reliability, and continuous improvement across planning, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and distribution.:

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Performance

• Develop and execute an integrated supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives.

• Own supply chain P&L, budgets, forecasting, and key performance metrics

• Embed a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma).

Planning & Demand Management

• Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to balance demand, capacity, and inventory.

• Partner with Sales & Marketing on promotions, launches, and seasonal demand spikes.

Manufacturing & Production Support

• Support production teams to achieve volume, quality, yield, and productivity targets.

• Ensure adherence to PPS, quality systems, food safety standards (FSSC 22000 or equivalent), and environmental compliance.

Procurement & Materials Management

• Manage strategic supplier relationships to ensure security of supply, quality, and cost competitiveness.

• Lead primary transportation, warehousing and secondary distribution.

• Optimize distribution networks, fleet operations and tracking systems.

• Ensure warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and safety compliance.

People Leadership

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing supply chain leadership team.

• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Finance, HR, QA, and IT.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 10–12+ years of progressive supply chain experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.

• Strong background in FMCG, Beverage, or Food Manufacturing . Proven expertise in end-to-end supply chain operations and P&L management.

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.

• Masters degree (MBA/MSc) preferred.

• Strong ERP experience (SAP preferred).

• Lead supply chain operations at scale in a high-impact leadership role
