Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Experience:

  • 4-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Previous experience working in a mining or industrial site environment is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Must be adaptable to working in remote and rugged site conditions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including extended hours as needed.
  • Occasional travel to different locations or sites may be required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
