Position Summary:

This position will lead the development and management of strategic external partnerships, fostering collaborations that enhance academic programs, research, executive education, and career services. 

Key role and responsibilities:

  1. Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including academic institutions, industry partners, and organizations in the public and private sectors.
  2. Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and execute Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
  3. Design and execute high-profile events, conferences, and seminars, and fostering meaningful connections.
  4. Facilitate research partnerships, identifying opportunities for joint projects, grants, and publications.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to engage alumni, industry partners, and career services, enhancing student employability and alumni networks.
  6. Work closely with marketing teams to promote organization's partnerships, events, and research collaborations.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in partnership development, event management, marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, networking, and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to evolving circumstances
