About the job Google/Meta/Social Paid Advertising Associate
The Google/Meta/Social Paid Advertising Associate will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital advertising, with a proven track record of successful campaigns in the North American market. Certification in Google Ads and Meta Ads is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Develop, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other social media platforms.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance to meet KPIs and ROI goals.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation to ensure effective campaign execution.
Analytics and Reporting:
Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to improve campaign performance.
Track and measure the success of campaigns, providing recommendations for optimization.
Strategy Development:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement advertising strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance advertising effectiveness.
Budget Management:
Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and expenditure across different platforms.
Monitor spend and ROI, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize results.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, content, and analytics to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
Provide guidance and support to team members on best practices for paid advertising.
Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure compliance with platform policies and advertising guidelines.
Implement industry best practices to maintain high standards of campaign quality and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and other social media platforms.
Certifications: Google Ads Certification and Meta Ads Certification are required.
Market Experience: Demonstrated experience working in the North American market.
Skills:
Proven track record of successful campaign management and optimization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in advertising tools and platforms, including Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant software.
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is preferred.
