COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our Client, a Karachi based company, seeks to appoint experienced and seasoned professionals for the following role.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and implement Preventive Maintenance Plan for all assets at lubricants storage depot including generator, fork lifters, pumps, civil structures etc
- Develop, implement and maintain checklists, work instruction and standard operating procedures for all maintenance related activities
- Monitoring of current running contracts for various services and timely initiation of requisitions to obtain services for un-interrupted plant operation
- Ensure compliance of all SOPs, HSE guidelines and procedures, and administrative guidelines to ensure safe and smooth M&R activities
- Liaison with Contractors with respect to various M&R related works at depot to ensure adherence of issued service order's terms and conditions
- To arrange PPE and other HSE equipment in coordination with HSE department to meet HSE requirements
- To ensure and record implementation of Quality Management System in respective areas
- Maintain record of all incoming and outgoing items
- Maintain plant assets list & numbers with coordination of General account department
- Monitoring and supervision of capital projects of facility
Education
- Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Master's from a renowned HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, preferably Engineering or related field.
Experience
- Preferably 3-4 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 1-2 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position or in one level below position.
Requirements
- Requires Manpower (third party) management, contractor management, HSE audit compliance, internal audit compliance, ISO audit compliance and limited capability to operate SAP system
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills required
