Duties and Responsibilities

1. Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including academic institutions, industry partners, and organizations in the public and private sectors.

2. MOU Development and Implementation: Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and execute Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives

3. Event Management: Design and execute high-profile events, conferences, and seminars, showcasing organizations expertise and fostering meaningful connections.

4. Research Collaboration: Facilitate research partnerships, identifying opportunities for joint projects, grants, and publications.

5. Career Services and Alumni Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to engage alumni, industry partners, and career services, enhancing student employability and alumni networks.

6. Marketing and Communications: Work closely with marketing teams to promote organization partnerships, events, and research collaborations.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in partnership development, event management, marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, networking, and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to evolving circumstances
