JD Sumary:

We are looking for an experienced and creative individual to join our team as a Senior Creative Manager. This role is responsible for leading and managing creative projects, managing creative teams, and overseeing the process from concept through execution. The ideal candidate ensures projects are completed within timelines while also delivering high-quality work.

Creative Manager Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead creative projects including developing ideas, presenting concepts, and managing execution (Digital and Conventional)
  • Manage creative teams, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing feedback
  • Work with clients to identify needs and develop solutions
  • Develop and maintain standards, guidelines, and best practices
  • Monitor trends in the creative industry and apply them when appropriate

Fully understanding clients business problems and opportunities and providing relevant creative solutions

-Questioning the brief. Making sure it is unique and connects with business objectives. And, if it does not, getting it corrected. Then making sure teams understand it and are inspired by it.

-Pushing teams to think up brilliant answers to the brief, but also thinking beyond the brief as well to surprise the client with smart initiatives that can move the brand forward.

-Keeping a steady eye on the process of each project, stepping in when needed to offer motivation, ideas, whatever is needed to help the teams end up producing the best work, on time and on budget.

-Communicating often enough with others on the project so no misunderstandings or mix-ups occur.

-Supporting account management so they fully understand the creative work to better sell it to clients and follow through in producing it.

-Understand the needs of Clients and complete visual communication that meets both their brand's tonality and Team Reactivate standards.

Should be able towork closely with strategy teams and understand strategic inputs so that they can be translated into strong creatives

-Good at workload allocation and time management.

-Oversees work assignments and ensures communication and interaction with other departments and clients.

-Negotiates with Account Management to set priorities when scheduling/timetable conflicts develop among assignments and creative staff.

-Personally work on creative assignments, within or outside of the group, or for new business efforts.

-Translate marketing strategies into appropriate copy recommendations, and develop concepts to support marketing goals

-Concept and build sound creative ideas for email, digital, social and other marketing communications in a thoughtful and economical manner

-Create outstanding concepts in a way that shows a deep understanding of the audience and project strategy

-Collaborate with other Copywriters, Designers, Animators and Front-End Developers to ensure creative vision is achieved and client expectations are met

-Translate marketing strategies into appropriate copy recommendations, and develop concepts to support marketing goals

Ability to work on visual and communication concepts

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7+ years in a creative role preferably in a Creative agency.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, project management, communication, and strategic thinking skills. Proficiency in creative tools and software.
