Experience Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or marketing operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and Hootsuite.
  • Experience working in a multinational corporation or a regional marketing operations team.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.



Role Specifications:

Marketing Tools Deployment and Onboarding:

  • Assist in the deployment and onboarding of marketing tools in the APAC region.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and governance of these tools.

Access Management:

  • Manage access requests for different marketing tools.
  • Resolve access issues by coordinating with the Global Service Desk (GSD).

Platform Usage and Training Audits:

  • Conduct audits on platform usage and training adherence.
  • Provide support to ensure compliance and optimal use of the platforms.

Google Ads and Google Analytics Support:

  • Create, update, and troubleshoot conversion events in Google Ads and Google Analytics.

Performance Reporting:

  • Collate marketing performance reports from Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Compile social media performance reports from Hootsuite and native platforms.

Social Media Management:

  • Connect and reconnect social media accounts on Hootsuite as needed.

User Guide Preparation:

  • Develop and maintain user guides for various marketing tools.

Skills Requirements:

  • Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting conversion tracking in Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to collate and interpret performance data from various marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools, particularly Hootsuite.
