Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Promote and sell products and services in line with company goals.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
• Identify and explore new business opportunities within the assigned region.
• Provide product knowledge and demonstrate the features and benefits to customers.
• Negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports and forecasts.
• Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to enhance sales efforts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing effective solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 1-2 years of sales experience in a similar role, preferably within the Paint or Construction industries (Candidates from other industries like Retail, FMCG, and Lubricants will also be considered).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
