HRSI is looking for receptionist for one its leading client
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the offices front desk, including scheduling and maintaining visitor logs.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with office administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, placing orders as needed.
- Assist with the coordination of meetings and appointments.
- Provide general administrative support to staff as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in any discipline
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in other customer service roles.
