HRSI is looking for receptionist for one its leading client

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the offices front desk, including scheduling and maintaining visitor logs.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with office administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies, placing orders as needed.
  • Assist with the coordination of meetings and appointments.
  • Provide general administrative support to staff as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in any discipline  
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in other customer service roles.
