Equipment Operator

Job Description HRSI is seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team. The Equipment Operator will be responsible for operating various heavy machinery and equipment to facilitate construction, landscaping, or industrial tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure safety, efficiency, and quality in all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, backhoes, and forklifts.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate project tasks and timelines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Conduct site preparation, grading, and excavation as required.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage and maintenance.
