Hrsi is looking for Assistant Officer for one of its leading client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance and Enforcement:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulations, and legal requirements.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with rules and procedures.
- Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations within the assigned area.
- Coordinate with other departments or teams to ensure efficient workflow.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.
- Document incidents, activities, or observations in detail.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:
- Address and resolve issues or conflicts as they arise.
- Make informed decisions based on available information and guidelines.
- Communication:
- Act as a liaison between various departments or external parties.
- Provide clear and effective communication to stakeholders.
- Customer/Client Service:
- Assist and support clients or customers as needed.
- Address inquiries or concerns in a professional manner.
- Training and Development:
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on relevant skills and knowledge.
- Provide guidance or training to new or less experienced staff members.
- Safety and Security:
- Ensure a safe and secure environment within the workplace or assigned area.
- Respond to emergency situations and follow appropriate protocols.
Qualifications:
- Education: Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent; some roles may require a college degree or specialized training.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or industry may be preferred.
