About the job Territory Sales Officer
The Territory Sales Officer is responsible for the volume delivery, support services & sales activities collectively with the concerned distributor in assigned territory to ensure maximum market share along with maximum profitability in line with business objectives.
Territory Sales Officer will support the Area Sales Managers to deliver the assigned objectives by the business. All objectives are achieved based on continuous development of self and the team
- Ensuring secondary targets are met each month, leading to 100% quarterly and annual achievement.
- Strategizing routes with distribution sales team to cover entire assigned territory.
- Ensure market credit is kept at a minimum.
- Plan marketing activities with the distribution sales team.
- Actively engage with end user of the product to understand issues at ground level.
- Active reporting of market trends to Area Sales Manager.
KEY RESULT AREAS/ Accountabilities
1.HSE&S
Demonstrating commitment to HSE&S management system and ensuring systems are in place to fully implement the Business HSE & Corporate Guidelines through implementation of Local HSE&S Procedures, completion of Departmental HSE&S Improvement Plans and Audit actions plans.
2.Financials Deliverables
Ensuring Volume delivery in region as assigned by the business.
3.Strategic
Ensuring end-user engagement via marketing activities in the assigned territory.
Ensure that a focused balance lies between hunting and farming.
4.Integrity & Responsibility
Ensure that the distribution sales team adheres to the highest ethical standards laid down by ICIP.
5.Hunting
Work with Area Sales Manager for developing and increasing the business base.
