COMPANY OVERVIEW

Our Client, a Karachi based company, seeks to appoint experienced and seasoned professionals for the following role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and implement production planning for lubricants to achieve targeted manufacturing goals 
  • Ensure blending and filling of automotive and industrial lubricants meet established quality standards 
  • Arrange raw materials and packaging supplies on the production floor according to the production schedule 
  • Maintain close coordination with departmental management to adapt to any changes in production plans 
  • Monitor base oil and additive usage to minimize loss or gain
  • Ensure all machinery and equipment are properly maintained; develop and execute a comprehensive maintenance plan
  • Serve as the Management Representative to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2008 standards; support continuous improvement efforts and ensure timely certification revalidations
  • Lead a team of professionals to achieve production targets efficiently
  • Manage receipt of bulk, flexi, and other imported cargos
  • Coordinate with internal and external security and administrative teams to address safety and security concerns; monitor compliance with SOPs, HSE procedures, and management guidelines to ensure safe and smooth operations
  • Recommend and implement best engineering practices to reduce downtimes, lower production costs, improve process efficiency, and uphold product quality
  • Develop and prepare staff for future roles, including organizing relevant training for assigned tasks

Education

  • Minimum 16 years of education preferably masters from a renowned HEC recognized university or institution / equivalent foreign degree holder, preferably in the discipline of (Mechanical/Chemical) or related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 6-8 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 2-6 years of related functional experience in a similar role at a senior equivalent position or one position below.

Requirements

  • Preferably should have necessary skill on Microsoft Suite software (Excel, Word, Power-point) and relevant certifications in HSE and industry standards
  • Ability to make data-driven decision-making, efficient time management, and visionary leadership to optimize productivity, safety, and team performance

Age

  • The candidate should be preferably not more than 40 years of age as of the last date of submission of application.
