Hrsi is looking for Bakery Team Member for one of its leading client.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Bakery Production:

    • Assist with the preparation and baking of a variety of bakery products such as bread, cakes, pastries, and desserts.
    • Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistent quality and freshness of bakery items.
    • Operate baking equipment including ovens, mixers, and proofers following safety and sanitation guidelines.
  2. Customer Service:

    • Greet and assist customers in selecting bakery products, providing information about ingredients, flavors, and pricing.
    • Package bakery items according to customer orders and preferences, ensuring attractive presentation.
    • Handle customer inquiries, special orders, and requests in a courteous and professional manner.
  3. Stocking and Display:

    • Stock bakery shelves and displays with freshly baked goods, ensuring products are properly labeled and priced.
    • Maintain bakery displays to showcase products attractively and in compliance with company merchandising standards.
    • Rotate stock to ensure older products are sold first (first-in, first-out method) and monitor inventory levels.
  4. Cleaning and Sanitation:

    • Clean and sanitize bakery equipment, workstations, and display cases following health and safety guidelines.
    • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of bakery products.
    • Dispose of expired or damaged bakery items and maintain cleanliness in the bakery preparation and storage areas.
  5. Quality Control:

    • Inspect bakery products for quality, freshness, and adherence to recipe and presentation standards.
    • Remove any products that do not meet quality standards and report issues to bakery management.
  6. Team Collaboration:

    • Work collaboratively with bakery team members and other departments to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.
    • Assist in training new team members on bakery procedures, equipment operation, and customer service practices.
