Job Description
Main responsibilities and key tasks:
- Receiving visitors, answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Receiving and sorting daily mail. Track all incoming and outgoing dispatches and critically coordinate with each department.
- Arrange all domestic and international tickets, hotel arrangements, airport pick and drop.
- Supervise housekeeping of staff facilities including meeting room, offices, washrooms, prayer rooms etc.
- Support Administrative Services Coordinator in canteen & food management.
- Generate HR/Admin related all purchase orders (PO) in business flow. Get all advance payment approval where necessary.
- Generate all purchase requisitions (PR) such as canteen, stationary, janitorial items etc. in business flow
- Daily inspect and check all designated areas such as canteen, offices, washrooms, meeting rooms its cleanliness, lights & ACs are working properly and ensure weekly fumigation is done in line with protocol and SOPs.
- Manage administrative tasks in daily plant operations.
Job requirements:
- Intermediate or Bachelors is preferred.
- 2 to 3 years experience in a similar position.
