CONTRACT & PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST

Our client, a reputable public sector company working in Pakistan, is looking for a dedicated, experience and highly skilled professional for the following position, based in Pakistan.

Job Title: Contract & Procurement Specialist

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Civil/Electrical) from an HEC accredited university.
• Experience in conducting procurement process for goods, works and consulting service and conducting evaluation of proposals.
• Experience in handling public sector procurement process i.e. SAPRA, PPRA, PPP-Act and framework, well versed in FIDIC an application law.
• Expertise of preparing and evaluation RFP, PFQ, NIT, Tender/Bid.
• Expertise in legal aspects of procurement have added advantage.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in relevant field
• Maximum Age 45 years.
