HRSI is currently seeking a qualified Security Officer for one of its prestigious clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and regularly update Travel Log sheet of Staff officially travelling out of City

(In/Out of country).

  • staff travelling nationally ensure that all TCA`s (Travel Clearance Approval) and TRAFs (Travel Risk Assessment Forms) as per the process are approved and official journeys of staff taking place after due completion of process.
  • For international travel and international visitors traveling to Pakistan ensure that all International RAF`s (Risk Assessment Forms) are signed and official journeys of UKB visitors taking place after due completion of process.
  • Provide Admin support in the form of travel arrangements; handle inbound and outbound mail and arranging Meeting rooms for BSS Security team meeting.
  • Maintain and regularly update database and register of key contacts and stakeholders.
  • Minute taking of office security team meetings as and when required
  • Regular update of staff and telephone lists and disseminate with BSS Security team.
  • Update staff lists for telephone/Emergency evacuation as & when initiated
  • Ensure checking and regularly maintaining official vehicles safety and emergency kits. Working with office drivers to make sure things is in order (vehicle, safety kit, Emergency Kit).
  • Solace Secure, SAT Phone activation, Radio Sets and Handheld trackers charging is up and running before official journeys takes place.
  • Regular sending updates to staff via Email/Whatsapp and other platforms as & when required.
  • Arrange / deliver Health Safety and Security inductions (Council and High Commission) to newly inducted staff including arranging tour of office, showing safe area, emergency evacuation process and related protocols.
  • Working closely with BSS Team (Procurement & Facilities) on implementation of Security protocols
  • Ensure that third parties, security staff and janitorial services understand the child protection code of conduct and comply with the child protection standards related to children visiting BC premises, venues (including exam venues) and events.
  • Escalate child protection issue to the Head of Child Protection, Pakistan.
  • Managing protocol-related responsibilities, including obtaining NOCs (No Objection Certificates) and coordinating the issuance of visas for official travel and expatriates (liaison with relevant government authorities and diplomatic missions to ensure the timely processing of approvals and documentation. This includes maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, monitoring regulatory requirements, and ensuring compliance with protocols for smooth operations)
  • Carrying Risk Assessments and investigation when required
  • Planning for events / working closely with Core and Project security teams

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in security operations.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 14 years of formal education.
  • A Bachelors Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
