Position: Relationship Officer
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs and business goals.
- Address client queries, concerns, and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by offering personalized services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term relationships.
- Actively seek referrals from existing clients to expand the customer base.
- Provide product and service recommendations that align with client needs.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring effective communication and continuous relationship building.
- Monitor account performance, ensuring that goals and KPIs are met.
- Conduct regular account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and profitability.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the organization.
- Promote and cross-sell various products and services.
- Track and report on sales activities, progress, and forecasts.
- Handle and resolve any complaints, issues, or conflicts in a professional and efficient manner.
- Escalate complex problems to higher management when necessary.
- Implement solutions to improve client experiences and service quality.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
- Share relevant information with clients to help them make informed decisions.
- Provide feedback on client needs and market opportunities to the companys management.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communication.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on client activity, sales performance, and service outcomes.
- Update the CRM system to ensure the most up-to-date client data is available.
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies for improving customer relationships.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in BBA,B.com,BA
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or relationship management.
- Experience in Retail And Retail industry is a plus.
