Manager Finance

Title of the Position: Manager Finance

Position Report to: Directors & CEO

Position Supervises: Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager and Officers

Age: 40-45 Yrs

Key Responsibilities of the job:

1. Preparation and presentation of Periodic Financial Reporting

2. Coordinate with External Auditors for Annual Audit of the Company

3. Compliance of Taxation Regulatory requirements.

4. Liaison with Advisors for Timely compliance of Regulatory Audits 

5. Filing of Annual Income Tax Returns

6. Liaison with the Banks for smooth Financial Accommodation of the company.

7. SECP Compliance . (Filing of Form A, Form 9, etc.

8. Handle Insurance related Matters.

9. Supervise Accounts Staff for smooth accounting Cycle.

Qualification & Expertise:

1. ACMA/ACCA/MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution with minimum 05 years experience in the same capacity.

2. Working Experience of Manufacturing Industries preferably in F.M.C.Gs / Pharmaceuticals

3. Working experience in ERP environment..

4. Good knowledge of Finance/Audit/tax/Import &Export matters.
