The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, identifying top talent, and contributing to our company's growth by ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
