HRSI is hiring "Manager Commercial (Logistics)" on behalf of one of their reputed client in Port/Terminal Industry.

An ideal candidate should posses prior relevant experience in Transportation/Logistics/Supply Chain/Storage/Freight industry.

Area of Expertise:
Managing planning, sales and operations of the appended streams below:

a) Container Freight Station (CFS) Services
b) Warehousing Facilities/Operations
c) Cold Storage Facility Operations
d) Freight Forwarding & Transportation Services

Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide input in developing the sales strategies, after sales service and support standards to meet
business objectives (short- and long-term).
2. Build long-term profitable business relationships with customers and other stakeholders to
achieve growth in business volumes.
3. Ensures Business Unit (BU) key accounts are retained with repeat business by providing best in
class services and support.
4. Keep abreast of new business developments and industry trends to evolve business strategies to
stay competitive and meet customer needs.
5. Ability to prepare business feasibility reports based on market potential, operational cost and
accordingly forecast revenue potential.
6. Making various insightful business presentations and forecasts to serve as decision making for the
management.
7. Provide timely market intelligence enabling the company to gain first movers advantage for
upcoming key projects and clients.
8. Manage Container Freight Station (CFS) business acquisition and operations.
9. Manage Warehouse Operations for buyers console management operations.
10. Manager sales and operations coordination of LCL planning and sales support.
11. Enlarge the rail services to increase cargo business.
12. Manage the sales and operations of a Cold Storage Facility.
13. To ensure client is positioned as a one-window solution for potential customer base for logistics
park.
