Manager - Proposal/Design (Solar)

Job Description:

The Manager of Proposal/Design leads the creation of technical designs and proposals for solar projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of solar energy systems and design principles.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in solar system design and proposal development, with at least 3 years in the renewable energy industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed proposals and designs for solar projects(Strong Command in all relevant Software).
• Coordinate with sales and project teams to understand client requirements.
• Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments.
• Manage the design process from concept to final submission.
• Support business development by providing technical expertise.
