Job Description

• All Hero's related issues to be tackled on real time basis
• Issues related to SIMs and other problems to be tackled and resolved through helpline 3. Update Daily Trackers
• Sharing backlogs on daily basis
• Assist Line haul Team on real time basis navigating fleet and updating Gdocs
• Any other tasks assigned by stations lead
• Assist in Generating reports for LH/FM/SORT/
• Assist LMP Team in maintaining backlogs
• Manage Bi Monthly invoicing for their respective cities
• Assist LM team for clearing backlogs and reports
• Ensure timely finance deposits are done by LMP Partners
