Program Manager (Technical Trainer)

Position Overview: Program Manager (Technical Training) will be responsible for development and delivery of technical training programs. The incumbent will collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs, develop course content, and execute training sessions both in-house and outsourced, and through e-learning platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and extensive experience in technical training, with a focus on learning and development. 

Qualifications

Masters degree in a relevant field.

• Minimum of 10 years of technical experience

Proven work experience as a Technical Training Manager, Technical Trainer or similar role
