Head of International Business Development

Job summary: 

The Head of International Business Development will spearhead the expansion of into global markets, focusing on increasing revenue and market share for industrial engineering services. This leadership role requires a strategic visionary with deep expertise in international business development and market analysis. This position will be responsible for fully understanding the products that the company has to offer and will scout the international industrial / engineering market, both developed and emerging, to identify opportunities and sell the company solutions in the international market.

Qualification & Experience

-The person should be well versed in project development stage gate process with a strong commercial acumen. 

-Should be familiar with the fundamentals of process industry. Knowledge of initiatives around clean energy, green hydrogen, green ammonia are essential. 

-He/she should be able to dig out the commercial angle in business opportunities and identify avenues  to capture it. 

-Incumbent should have a deep reach in the international engineering services market. Strong understanding of players in the international market and how the market is growing / developing.

-Should be able to work very closely with the engineering team.

-Minimum 15 years experience

-Engineering degree is preferable

-Arabic language speaking ability (highly preferable)

Job Location

The position will be based in Pakistan for the first 3 to 6 months and can subsequently be stationed in Dubai.
