Hrsi is looking for Meat Team Members for one of its leading client.

  • Meat Preparation:

    • Receive, inspect, and store meat deliveries, ensuring proper handling and storage procedures are followed.
    • Cut, trim, and prepare meat products according to customer specifications and departmental standards.
    • Package meat products for sale, ensuring proper labeling and pricing.

  • Customer Service:

    • Assist customers in selecting meat products, providing information about different cuts, cooking methods, and product availability.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Offer recommendations on meat selections based on customer preferences and cooking needs.

  • Stocking and Inventory Management:Monitor meat inventory levels, rotate stock to ensure freshness, and perform regular inventory counts.
    • Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and waste.
    • Notify management of any shortages or overages in inventory.

  • Cleaning and Sanitation:

    • Clean and sanitize meat preparation equipment, work areas, and display cases following health and safety guidelines.
    • Ensure compliance with sanitation and food safety regulations, including proper storage temperatures and handling practices.

  • Quality Control:

    • Inspect meat products for quality and freshness, removing any items that do not meet standards.
    • Follow departmental procedures for handling and disposing of expired or damaged products.
