Experience Requirements:
- 3 years work experience in procurement function
- SAP experience is a must for this role
- Experience of managing vendor payments.
Education Requirements:
- Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Communication.
- Certifications in SAP / ERP will be preferred
Role Specifications:
- Manages and create PO, ICPO and end to end payment and invoicing processes.
- Coordinates with procurement and finance teams
- Manages multiple tasks related to procurement, vendor contracts and budget management.
- Drives improvement of processes and standards in the region for areas including procurement, budget management, POs, and contracts.
Skills Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
- Proven work experience in marketing operations, with a track record of managing marketing campaigns and optimizing processes.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
