Key Responsibilities:

  • Problem Solving: Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner, seeking guidance when needed.
  • Adherence to Policies: Follow all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Communication: Keep communication clear with both customers and team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Learning and Development: Actively engage in training sessions and apply new skills to improve performance and personal growth.
  • Flexibility: Adapt to changing demands and assist in other departments or tasks as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Matric or inter
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not always required; on-the-job training will be provided.
