HRSI is looking for bakery team member for one of its leading client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure effective teamwork and a positive work environment.
- Customer Service: Assist customers by addressing their needs, answering inquiries, and providing information about products/services.
- Operational Support: Assist with the day-to-day tasks, such as stocking, cleaning, organizing, and maintaining work areas.
- Quality Control: Ensure products or services meet company standards, with attention to detail and quality assurance.
- Problem Solving: Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner, seeking guidance when needed.
- Adherence to Policies: Follow all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Communication: Keep communication clear with both customers and team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Learning and Development: Actively engage in training sessions and apply new skills to improve performance and personal growth.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing demands and assist in other departments or tasks as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Education: Matric or inter
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not always required; on-the-job training will be provided.
