About the job Commercial Market Sales Manager
Gain insights into top customers in the industry in the region, identify key customers, and expand the market.
Track large-scale projects in the market, develop customer relationships, operate projects, and close projects.
Conduct regular pipeline reviews with shortlisted partners and assist partners in closing orders.
Be responsible for the development of shortlisted customers and the performance of shortlisted partners in the region.
Professional Knowledge:
Basic understanding of IP/IT solutions.
Business Skills:
Customer development capability: Be able to develop unfamiliar customers and partners.
Project operation capability: Have sufficient understanding of different project types such as public tender and RFQ. Be able to analyze customer processes and gain insight into customer power map, identify key people, and lead the team to win contracts.
Partner roll-up capability: Be able to establish connections with various partners efficiently and quickly, obtain sufficient opportunities, and guide partners to promote organization in the market and help them win projects.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or above.
5+ years experience in ICT market.
