Hrsi is looking for supply chain team member for one of its leading client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently transfer stocks between stores as per the company's supply chain requirements.
  • Oversee the loading and offloading of goods into the designated vehicles to ensure accurate and safe transportation.
  • Coordinate with the Goods Receipt (GR) Team to ensure proper inspection and verification of stocks at both receiving and dispatch points.
  • Ensure the maintenance of stock quality by monitoring expiry dates during stock transfers, ensuring that stock rotation procedures are followed.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and reporting any discrepancies immediately.
  • Adhere to safety and operational guidelines during stock handling and transportation.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a supply chain or logistics role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic knowledge of stock management and expiry date monitoring practices.
  • Physically capable of handling stock movement and performing tasks such as loading/unloading.
