COMPANY OVERVIEW 

A reputed Exploration & Production Company invites applications for the position of Executive Director (Production).

QUALIFICATION

Bachelors degree in Petroleum or Chemical Engineering. Higher qualification shall be given preference.

EXPERIENCE

18 years progressively responsible professional post-qualification experience inclusive of 07 years working at senior management position in the E&P Sector. The candidate should possess experience in the following areas which shall also form his core responsibilities for the position:

• Oversee and drive production operations across Companys operated oil and gas fields, ensuring efficiency, sustainability and alignment with corporate goals.
• Spearhead the formulation, execution and successful closure of field development plans to enhance operational performance.
• Ensure optimal hydrocarbon recovery through advanced reservoir management strategies, innovative drainage planning and seamless execution of related operations.
• Develop and implement robust strategies to maintain a healthy reserves replacement ratio, securing long-term energy output.
• Lead contract negotiations, business agreements and commercial activities within the legal and regulatory framework, ensuring compliance and value creation.
• Drive the development and execution of Companys annual business plan, setting ambitious production targets in alignment with the companys vision and strategic roadmap.

The selected candidate will be offered a 03 years contract employment extendable by mutual consent, with market-based salary and other benefits commensurate with experience and Company policy.

The candidate should be not more than 57 years of age as of the last date of submission of application.
