COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our Client, a Karachi based company, seeks to appoint experienced and seasoned professionals for the following positions:
Key Responsibilities:
- To handle and monitor litigation cases before different courts/forums of law through external counsels, review the pleadings before filing for the courts and maintain the status of court cases and follow up with the external lawyers
- To vet agreements, MOUs, Addendums etc. and other legal documents and render legal opinion in the matter, if required
- To provide legal advisory services and other required legal assistance to the departments on their different legal issues after review of Inquiry Reports, Charge Sheets, Show Cause notices, Court Orders and other relevant documents
- Review all relevant contracts, agreements, letters, proposals etc. to ensure compliance to the prevailing laws and regulations, and raise issues that may have legal and statutory implications to the Company
- Keep abreast of legal and statutory development pertaining to the business of the Company, update and advise the supervisor accordingly
Education
- The candidate must have a Law Degree from HEC recognized Law School/University. Solicitor, Bar-at-law, L.L.M. would be an added advantage.
Experience
- Possess overall 4 years of professional experience with minimum 1-2 years related experience in a junior management position.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to work independently with excellent interpretation and drafting skills
- Excellent presentation, problem solving and decision making

- The candidate should be preferably not more than 33 years of age as of the last date of submission of application.
