Chief Financial Officer

Our client, a reputable public sector company working in Pakistan, is looking for a dedicated, experience and highly skilled professional for the following positions based in Pakistan.

Experience & Qualification

• A member of a recognized body of professional accountants
• Post Qualification professional experience of minimum 10 years of which 05 years at a senior position in public sector organization
• Maximum Age 45 years
• Experience in general financial reports, handling bank affairs, treasury management and audit compliance & control and secretarial practices
• Well versed with IFRS, Company law, taxation and Code of Corporate Governance Framework
• Well versed with strategic financial budgeting, forecasting & financial management, plans, COSO framework and ERP
• Ability to interpret and develop financial models to support financial planning and forecasting
• Strong understanding of business / project finance
• Strong analytical, negotiation & communication skills with ability to take decisions in complex environment
• Team player with ability to maintain collaborative working relationships
• Professional individual with strong business ethics and personal integrity
