HRSI is looking for Assistant Accounts for one of its leading client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and vouchers

  • Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments)

  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable

  • Process invoices, bills, and expense claims

  • Reconcile bank statements and cash accounts

  • Assist in GST/VAT, TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance (as applicable)

  • Support audits by preparing required documents and schedules

  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/accountants

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and standards

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience for junior roles

  • 2–5 years of experience for experienced Assistant Accounts roles
