About the job Assistant Accounts
HRSI is looking for Assistant Accounts for one of its leading client.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and vouchers

Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments)

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
-
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
-
Process invoices, bills, and expense claims
-
Reconcile bank statements and cash accounts
-
Assist in GST/VAT, TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance (as applicable)
-
Support audits by preparing required documents and schedules
-
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
-
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/accountants
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
-
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and standards
-
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
-
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
-
Attention to detail and accuracy
-
Strong organizational and time-management skills
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience
-
0–2 years of experience for junior roles
-
2–5 years of experience for experienced Assistant Accounts roles
