About the job Assistant Manager – HR
HRSI is looking for Assistant Manager – HR for one of its leading client in Pakistan.
Responsibilities
- Assist in talent acquisition: job postings, shortlisting, interviews, onboarding.
- Manage employee relations: grievances, conflict resolution, counseling.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
- Support policy development, implementation, and compliance with labor laws.
- Coordinate training & development programs, performance appraisal cycles.
- Generate HR reports, track metrics (attrition, turnover, engagement).
- Liaise with senior leadership on HR strategy and initiatives.
Requirements
- MBA/MS in HR/MHRM (or relevant masters). BBA/BSc + CIPD/HR certifications acceptable with strong experience.
- 3–4 years progressive HR experience (mid-size org preferred).
- Solid grasp of Pakistan labor laws (PITB, EOBI, etc.).
- Proficient in HRMS tools (Zoho People, BambooHR, or similar).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
