HRSI is looking for Assistant Manager – HR for one of its leading client in Pakistan.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in talent acquisition: job postings, shortlisting, interviews, onboarding.
  • Manage employee relations: grievances, conflict resolution, counseling.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
  • Support policy development, implementation, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Coordinate training & development programs, performance appraisal cycles.
  • Generate HR reports, track metrics (attrition, turnover, engagement).
  • Liaise with senior leadership on HR strategy and initiatives.

Requirements

  • MBA/MS in HR/MHRM (or relevant masters). BBA/BSc + CIPD/HR certifications acceptable with strong experience.
  • 3–4 years progressive HR experience (mid-size org preferred).
  • Solid grasp of Pakistan labor laws (PITB, EOBI, etc.).
  • Proficient in HRMS tools (Zoho People, BambooHR, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
