Head of Operations

HRSI is looking for Head of Operations for one of its leading client in Pakistan 

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Strategy
  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Translate business goals into actionable plans and processes
• Process Optimization
  • Analyze and improve internal processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to monitor success
• Team Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and manage operations teams
  • Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results
• Budget & Resource Management
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
  • Ensure optimal utilization of company resources
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with departments such as finance, HR, and sales
  • Ensure smooth coordination between teams
• Risk & Compliance
  • Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Performance Monitoring
  • Track operational performance and report to senior leadership
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 2+ years or more experience in operations or related roles
