About the job Marketing and Behavior Change Communication Lead
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to lead the Marketing and Behaviour Change Communication (BCC) workstreams for a major donor-funded health project. The ideal candidate will drive strategy, manage implementation, and ensure high-quality community engagement to strengthen awareness and trust in modern contraceptives and public health services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of demand generation, SBCC, and marketing strategies
- Oversee design, review, and alignment of all marketing communication materials.
- Supervise and monitor community-level IEC/BCC activities and field engagement.

Develop strategic priorities, annual workplans, and budgets.

Ensure evidence-based implementation and course-correct where needed.

Coordinate with external BTL partners and support data-driven SBC activities.

Strengthen staff and partner capacity in communication, content, and design.

Document lessons learned, success stories, and contribute to knowledge products and publications.

Represent the project with partners and government stakeholders.
Qualifications

Masters/Bachelors in Social Sciences, Marketing, Public Health, or related field.

8-10 years of BCC and marketing experience in donor-funded health programs.

6-7 years working on community health and BCC with progressive leadership.

Experience in family planning/SBCC in Pakistan or South Asia preferred.

Familiarity with FP/BCC best practices and community mobilization approaches.

Experience working with the Sindh Health Department is an advantage.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (English & Urdu; Sindhi preferred).

Proficient in MS Office Suite.
