HRSI is looking for Call center Associate/Agents for one of its leading client.
Key Responsibilities:
· Review and evaluate seller product listings as per platform guidelines
· Identify policy violations accurately
· Conduct independent research to validate listing details
· Ensure quality and consistency by following internal SOPs
Requirements:
· O Levels / A Levels or Fresh Graduates
· English proficiency at B1 or B2 level
· Strong product and brand knowledge
· High attention to detail with good decision-making skills
· Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
