Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop advanced bidding and targeting methodologies for Paid Search, Retargeting, and Email campaigns.

• Build models and algorithms to personalise the ranking of results in the product.

• Develop models that drive product personalisation and improve customer conversions.

Your Background:

• 3+ years of relevant experience.

• Proven experience in building and implementing machine learning models with tangible business impact.

• Strong expertise in Python (numpy, pandas, sklearn, etc.) and SQL.

• Quick learning ability and motivation suitable for the fast-paced startup environment.

• An interactive and team-oriented approach to delivering data-driven solutions.

• Experience in clarifying business problems and implementing effective solutions.

• Strong quantitative and programming skills with a product-oriented mindset.

• Graduate degree in a technical or quantitative field.

• Proficient written and spoken English.
