Group ERP & Business Systems Manager

A Kuwait-based organization operating within the food and beverage sector for more than a decade. Developing and managing a portfolio of restaurant concepts, the company oversees activities from concept development through daily operations, working across culinary, design, and operations functions to support consistent, structured business performance.

About The Role

The role is accountable for the effective operation, development, and continuous improvement of the Group's core enterprise and operational business systems. It owns the functional technology environment supporting finance, procurement, supply chain, inventory, production, warehousing, POS‑related business configuration, and other enterprise applications across the Group. Working closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement and other functions, the Group ERP & Business Systems Manager ensures business requirements are translated into accurate system processes, configurations, and controls while maintaining consistency, scalability, and data integrity across brands and locations. The role also leads ERP and business‑system implementations, enhancements and rollouts; governs master data and application controls; coordinates system integrations; and manages internal teams and external partners supporting these platforms.

About You

An ideal candidate would have the following: 

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in ERP, enterprise applications, or business systems, including experience leading major implementations, enhancements, or functional system environments.
• Strong exposure to several of the following areas: finance, procurement, inventory, supply chain, production and warehousing.
• Experience within F&B, retail, hospitality, distribution, FMCG or another transaction-intensive multi-site environment is strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting production and warehouse environments is highly advantageous
• Must have a valid Kuwait transferable visa - 18
