About The Role

To oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of media production across multiple brands, ensuring that all photography, videography, and content assets are executed efficiently, on time, and in line with approved brand priorities. The role focuses on production operations rather than creative direction, acting as the central coordination point between brand teams, creative stakeholders, and external production partners. It involves managing schedules, timelines, and deliverables, tracking budgets and approvals, and ensuring smooth execution of shoots and campaigns. The position requires handling multiple workflows simultaneously, resolving scheduling conflicts, and maintaining full visibility on production progress to ensure timely and structured delivery of media assets.

About You

An ideal candidate would have the following:

  • 5–8 years of experience in media production, content production, or creative operations
  • Proven experience coordinating production across multiple brands or business units
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage parallel workflows
  • Experience managing shoot schedules, timelines, and external vendors (photographers, videographers, agencies)
  • Ability to track budgets, approvals, and asset delivery processes
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and calm under pressure
  • Strong coordination and communication skills across cross-functional teams
  • Clear understanding of the difference between production coordination and creative direction
  • Experience in hospitality, F&B, or multi-brand environments is an advantage
