About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar role, with hands-on experience in inventory control, shipping coordination, and optimizing supply chain processes.
- Strong understanding of logistics and inventory management systems, and a proven track record of collaborating with procurement, operations, and sales teams to streamline processes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with vendors, transport providers, and internal teams to resolve any issues and ensure smooth delivery.
- Strong analytical skills to track logistics performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements.
- Solid understanding of transportation regulations, safety standards, and best practices in logistics.
- A proactive approach to cost management, with the ability to negotiate with transport providers and identify cost-saving strategies.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
