About The Company

About The Role

To lead the Risk Management Department and support the company in identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating key risks. The role reports directly to the Risk Committee, with administrative linkage to the Deputy CEO, and provides written reports on the company's risk profile, risk exposures, risk appetite changes, stress testing results, and mitigation measures. Responsibilities include assisting the Board and Executive Management in fulfilling their risk oversight responsibilities, identifying individual and aggregated risks (actual, emerging, and potential), evaluating the company's risk-bearing capacity, conducting stress testing and scenario analysis, monitoring internal and external risk environments, and ensuring the implementation of the approved risk management strategy.

About You

The Ideal Candidate would have the following:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
• Approved professional certifications in Risk Management as per IRU requirements
• Specialized training courses in the same field or job-related skills, where applicable
• 8–12 years of experience in insurance, financial, legal, administrative, or related fields
• Fluency in Arabic and English
