Sales Engineer - General Maintenance Services

About The Client 

A Kuwait‑based industrial and retail group that manufactures a wide range of appliances and specialized equipment for commercial, industrial, and institutional use. 

About The Role

• Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, securing service contracts, and developing strong customer relationships. T
• Manage the full sales cycle including business development, quotations, tenders, contract renewals, and commercial follow-up to support revenue growth and customer retention. 
• Work closely with technical and maintenance teams, you will ensure effective service delivery, customer satisfaction, and achievement of sales and collection objectives.

About You

An ideal candidate would have the following: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within maintenance services, technical services, industrial services, HVAC, facilities management, or related sectors.
• Experience in tender submissions, quotations, proposals, and contract management.
• Strong customer relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, with good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driving license required
