About The Client

A Kuwait-based organization operating within the food and beverage sector for more than a decade. Developing and managing a portfolio of restaurant concepts, the company oversees activities from concept development through daily operations, working across culinary, design, and operations functions to support consistent, structured business performance.

About The Role

Lead supplier sourcing, negotiations, and purchasing operations to secure cost‑effective and reliable materials while aligning procurement with demand forecasts and inventory planning to support central kitchens and outlets. Optimize supplier performance and procurement spend to ensure delivery reliability, contract compliance, and cost savings.

About You

An ideal candidate would have the following: 

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or any relevant field
• At least 8 years of experience in a similar capacity already within the Food & Beverage and Hospitality sectors 
• Strong background in supplier sourcing, negotiations, and purchasing operations for food ingredients, packaging, and operational materials
• Experience in price negotiations, commercial agreements, and contract management with suppliers
• Competence in demand planning and inventory alignment
• Ability to identify cost optimization opportunities
• Capability to report on procurement spend, supplier performance
• Must be holding a transferable visa - 18 (Kuwait)
