About The Role

This role is responsible for leading the plant's technical, operational, and commercial performance to ensure consistent production of high‑quality concrete. The role oversees end‑to‑end batching operations, quality control, workforce management, and delivery scheduling while driving profitability and cost efficiency. It also requires strong business development capability to secure new supply contracts and maintain client relationships. The manager ensures full compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards while achieving production, sales, and financial targets.

About You

The Ideal candidate would have the following: 

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Proven managerial experience in a concrete batching plant or ready‑mix concrete operation is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of concrete mix designs, batching processes, production requirements, and quality control standards.
• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and secure concrete supply contracts
• Solid understanding of cost control, budgeting, cash‑flow forecasting, and overall plant profitability
• Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a diverse team to achieve operational and commercial targets
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client‑management skills
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, environmental compliance, and operational excellence
• Capable of managing manpower, equipment, maintenance, raw material consumption, and daily production activities
• Must have a valid Kuwait Transferable Visa 18
