To achieve our Partner's ambitious goals in Ukraine, we are looking for an experienced Technical Support Specialist who will join the Kyiv branch and will be responsible for the technical expertise and assistance of the Sales & Customer Care teams during the implementation of customers' renewable energy projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide technical documentation (datasheets, installation & operation manuals, warranty conditions, certifications) of our products (PV modules, inverters, ESS and others) for your colleagues and customers
- Give internal and external technical assistance (system design suggestions, clarifications of product features, functionalities)
- Support customers during the installation and commissioning of the systems
- Help customers with system operation and maintenance (monitoring, updates)
- Support customers in case of product defects under warranty
- Conduct technical trainings for your colleagues and customers
- Visit manufacturers and attend their trainings, record and document it to improve know-how in the company
- Conduct technical research, write blog posts, and create tools according to other departments' ad-hoc requests
Qualifications and personal qualities:
- Degree in electrical engineering (PV experience is an advantage)
- Native-level proficiency in Ukrainian and ability to communicate in English (B1-B2)
- Excels in time management, works well independently and is proactive in problem-solving
- Is an active driver
